Lytton Manor Vineyard has 12.2 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon available for the 2025 harvest. We’re asking for $3,000 per ton, negotiable. Our vineyard is situated between Ridge’s Lytton Springs East and West vineyards. Replanted in 2018, the vineyard has been upgraded to maximize efficiency and quality. Features include machine or hand harvesting, water and temperature probes for monitoring vine stress, an onsite weather station, and a pond and well for irrigation. Yields average ~35 tons, but with potential for more with exceptional quality. Samples of the 2024 wine are available. Managed by Negrete Vineyard Management. Visits by appointment are available.
